This Standard describes a method for the determination of the bending length of a cloth by means of a fixed angle flexometer and for the calculation of flexural rigidity and bending modulus. These qualities are related to the stiffness of a cloth. The method is not applicable to cloths that curl or twist excessively when cut into narrow strips.
