MIL MIL-DTL-24227A – FITTINGS AND FLANGES, CAST BRONZE, SILVER-BRAZING SUITABLE FOR ULTRASONIC INSPECTION
MIL-DTL-24227A covers tube fittings and flanges of cast bronze with ends for silver-brazing into a piping system suitable for ultrasonic inspection. Fittings are interior streamlined from socket-to-socket for use with inserted rings of silver-brazing alloy. Flanges are suitable for use with inserted rings of silver-brazing alloy. These fittings and flanges are not suitable for use in drinking (potable) water systems (see 3.1).
