This specification establishes the design, performance, and acceptance requirements for the AN/ASC-26 Communications Central hereinafter referred to as ASC-26. The ASC-26 is intended for use in UH-IN Helicopters to provide radio communication between marine task commanders in the helicopters, higher headquarters, and supporting combat units.
