MIL-PRF-19500/570G covers the performance requirements for a logic-level N-channel, enhancement-mode, MOSFET, power transistor. Four levels of product assurance are provided for each encapsulated device (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS). Two levels of product assurance are also provided for each unencapsulated device (JANHC and JANKC). See 6.5.2 for JANHC and JANKC die versions.
