This specification covers non-aqueous cleaners that are free of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) and contain a low amount (no more than 25 grams per liter) of volatile organic compounds (VOC), for cleaning aircraft components, ground support equipment, and other general cleaning applications (see 6.1 and 6.8).
