MIL-PRF-83401/7C covers the associated requirements for style RZ070, 6 pin single-in-line package(SIP) resistor networks. This style is available in all characteristics and all resistance tolerances. This specification has two product levels, a high reliability, 100 percent burn-in screened “M” part number level and nonburn-in screened part number “C”.
