This specification covers a commercial, 20 ton stake semitrailer with upper (gooseneck) and lower main decks and a tandem axle. The semitrailer is fitted with a kickup (gooseneck) deck, lower (main) deck, hydraulic rear loading ramp, hydraulic winch, and an auxiliary engine. The semitrailer is intended for transporting cargo, fork lift trucks, and fork lift trucks with cargo. Each vehicle produced under this specification is a commercial item which is warranted by the manufacturer as specified in acquisition documents.
